“The grinder itself is fine. The container that catches the coffee grinds is ridiculously small. It only holds enough grinds for one person equal to 6 tablespoons max! If you do more it goes all over the counter! The cap that came with the grind catcher does not fit on top of the grind catcher. So I have to push it under there anyway which has caused it to crack on both sides. Coffee grinds go everywhere without it. It has officially broken in half. I wrote an email 3 days ago 3/29/26 to ratio that I need a replacement that actually works and fits under this grinder. I will fix my review if they send me a replacement that is compatible with this machine! I spent $1000 for the ratio and this machine. So I hope they don’t dilly dally…”
