“It is fine but I did not receive the stainless insert that I ordered and paid for. Ratio shows it was delivered. The dripper does not work well with paper filter due to large hole in the bottom.”
“Too pricy... works well though. I bought beautiful bamboo wood/glass cone for half the cost and it works great and much sharper in image.. Fits steel micro screen perfectly.”
“I love everything about my Ratio which is the best coffee maker I ever bought. I purchased an extra dripper because its important to give your company business during our “collective pause.” I encourage everyone who doesn’t have a Ratio but who is drinking more cofgee at home these days to do the same”
