“I just picked my carafe up today and haven't yet had a chance to use it, but have owned a couple of other carafes from Ratio and anticipate it will work like the others. The only beef I have is that when I placed my order online and said I would pick up in store I didn't receive any sort of communication telling me that my order was available for pickup. When I called the store on a few occasions trying to reach someone to determine if it was ready for pickup, I had a hard time getting through to someone during what Google had listed as the store's business hours. And when I stopped today to pickup, the sign outside the building makes no mention of Ratio and I wasn't sure I was in the right place. Only when you get up to the callbox can you see it says, "Ratio LLC"”
