“Great flavor and clarity on aeropress and French press over my comandante. I've had a couple beans get held up in the hopper, so that's still a little bit of an issue still. I didn't have the gen1, but it's pretty clean in terms of static throwing grounds around the counter, they're is still some left. They're is also a little retention when grinding. My only real complaint is lining up the rubbery cover on the grounds cup, as it's hard to get it flush on the first try placing it back on in order to have it go back on the magnet.
Positives are that it grinds very quick. 50 grams of medium light roast in about 15-20 seconds.
Looks very sleek. Good build quality. Adjustments have nice tactile feedback clicks. Love having a grinder set for espresso and one for immersion brewing. Good grind distribution.”
“Expensive, but worth it. Well built and with just the features you need. Good grind quality, precision, and noise levels. Fool proof. The anti-static feature is well worth an upgrade from v1 and works super well.”
“I love the look of the Fellow Ode!
It grinds well and if I use the tamper at the end of grinding there is only a minimal scattering of grind dust.I am very pleased with it thus far.”
