“Mark, We purchased a Ratio Four from Amazon on March 8, 2026. It's been treated gently and used for 3-6 cups of coffee a day since we received it. We've been very pleased with the quality of the brew. Last week, we discovered a cracks around the brew iight and operation button which appear to be getting larger. I'm sending an image of the problem attached to a separate email. The unit has not be stressed in any way during our use of it. I'd like to send the unit for replacement. Could you confirm that it will be replaced under warranty and send an RMA and whatever else is necessary for return?
