“Vast improvement over the original carafe. Getting the last bit of coffee out still involves some awkward dripping but minimal compared to the prior iteration. Dinging one star because there really should be a way to have the lid secure and the pour spout closed, as designed the spout is either open or the lid is loose.”

“A clear improvement on the design. Pours smoothly and without the old style plug and lever there’s no moving parts to fail. The rubber plug on my old one broke somehow, the little stem part that anchors it to the lid came apart and I stopped using the lid completely. Good work from the designers and engineers.”
