“The Ratio 8 makes the best home brew I have ever had (and I'm 74 y/o). Although beautiful on my countertop, I found it difficult to pour the water into the top and the thermal carafe was a bit heavy for my old arms! More impressive than the machine is the customer service. Kayla spent a lot of time helping me figure out which machine might best suit my needs. Both Kayla and William were most cordial, knowledgeable and took their time explaining my options and addressing any queries I had. Any reviews that mention that it's difficult to contact a human doesn't understand this is a small company and they answer the phones a limited time in the morning. They do return calls in the order messages are left. Patience is a virtue as it might take a day or so to receive a return call. Can't ask for more a US company, hiring Americans, that understand and go out of their way to make your purchase experience the best it can be.”
