“Overall, love my Ratio Eight and very pleased I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I am the only one in my household that drinks coffee, so I only make a 1/2 pot. Very solid piece. The only issue I have is that the glass carafe does not keep the coffee warm when I go to grab my second cup. I have to reheat the coffee. Love the look, but not practical in terms of heat.”

“Beautiful coffee machine and the coffee tastes amazing. I can really tell the difference. A recommendation is to get the coffee machine with the thermos carafe as the glass one does not keep the coffee warm. There is no plate warmer, so the thermos is a must if you want to get a second cup.”
