“This is an excellent coffee maker. I’ve bought many since it first appeared. On the downside, they do not continue to work flawlessly. When I’ve had problems, I’ve learned that your customer service is hopeless. I finally replaced my former Ratio when I was told that to fix my damaged one would take three or four MONTHS!! Surely you can do better.”
“The grind of coffee I use is finer and extracts more flavor, however it spills over the filter on your machine, not enough time in dispensing to let the water pass through. Machine should have another setting that takes more time to dispense the water for finer grinds.”
“The long awaited Ratio Eight has far surpassed my expectations. It brews great coffee every morning! The sleek designs add beauty to our kitchen and really make it look like a piece of coffee art rather than a coffee machine. The only minor complaint I have is the start button is sometimes finicky and doesn’t always sense the push to start the machine. It sometimes takes a few presses to finally start. But regardless, I’m very happy with the new Ratio Eight Thermal!”
