“The actual repair service is 5 star, and I'll rate it at that for accuracy. I will say that while I understand you guys are a relatively small group, we sure did miss our Ratio for the duration it was out. To put it into context, I went back and checked, our machine died on 5/24. We received it back and repaired on 8/5. I'm also not sure if this is our original machine, or if there was a full swap involved. Pure speculation, but I noticed the lights in the front seem different (e.g. you can actually see red on the 2 modes that aren't active.)”
