“Probably the worst purchase with biggest buyers remorse I've made in a while. This is by far the most beautiful coffee machine ive ever seen but its all show and no go. I tried to return it but Ratio played email jerk around until my 30-days passed and I gave up but every ad i see on social media I’ll tell my experience. The tech is super low speed for the price with a 5 sec bloom which is no bloom at all. Plus it dumps water way too fast so in order to keep the basket from overflowing you have to have a grind so big it makes weak ass coffee. It’s the coffee machine I never use.”

“Waited quite a while for this to come in stock but was worth it. I am using it with my Ratio Six, and it works well. The stock carafe and basket worked well enough but I wanted to limit the amount of plastic in the system. The ceramic dripper drains the coffee much faster than the basket with the stock set.”

“I love that it appears to be genuinely plastic free. The stopper makes for a clunky pour and the thermos doesn’t really keep my coffee hot, but I suppose a glass carafe, the only other plastic-free option, wouldn’t either.”
