Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to take out your juices for the next day the night before you are ready to drink them. Leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed and then transfer to the fridge overnight. In the morning they are perfectly thawed and ready to go for the day 😊
While it's also great to drink fresh juice the very second it comes out of the juicer, this is not sustainable or feasible for many people to accomplish on a daily basis. Flash-freezing the juice immediately after it's produced locks in the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants inherent in the juice. A juice would have to sit frozen for far longer than the shelf life we recommend (we say up to 6 months; nutrients degrade after a year frozen) for its nutritional benefits to be lost. And frozen is certainly better than HPP (or pasteurization) for nutritional benefit, which is what you're getting with all other non-frozen celery juice competitors.
