“The Lower Sugar cleanse is really amazing, it gives me the protein I need to keep up my activity and maintain muscle mass. Also, unlike pure juice, higher sugar cleanses, I don't get headaches with this cleanse, which hugely contributes to the success of the whole exercise”
“This is my second low sugar detox. I plan to make this a quarterly regimen. I’m excited about my journey to better health, and this is a great jumpstart or maintenance method. I lost 3.7 pounds, and I am grateful for that small step. I appreciate Raw Generation for the sensible, effective, yet delicious plans offered.”
“I enjoyed the simple green juices, however those labeled as protein juices were awful; chunky, gritty and bad tasting. These juices did not taste fresh, nor were they refreshing or clean feeling in any way.”
“My husband and I both did the 3-day cleanse after a month of holiday indulging and traveling. We we worried the juices and smoothies would not taste good. Thankfully, they all tasted great! We plan on doing this 4 times each year.”
