“Most of the juices are very tasty. Except for zesty greens, which to me is undrinkable. I do not think these juices provide sufficient nutrition. Efficient to lose weight perhaps yes, but... I love the Vanilla Cashew smoothie but I wish it had more protein and less fat.
The Cacao Hem smoothie has a lot of calories and little taste.
Certainly cleansing brings more clarity of mind. However the frozen drinks will not last in the Fridge. I think thr best way to cleanse is to make your own, not waste plastic bottles WHICH Come In Styrofoam!!!!!!! You may cleanse some buy this company is definitely NOT supporting a clean planet that is for sure. I have a "mix" of feelings.. while I like the practicality of having the juices done and delivered I wish there was a better way.
Making the effort to prepare your own juices also have a deeper feeling of commitment. Cleansing for me is NOT about weight loss, although it occurs, it is about reseting, teaching our body to de-contition. This company seems to focus a little TOO MUCH on that This is a good way if you are getting to learn what a cleanse can be it iz a way in.. but disappointed overall.”

“I loved the taste of these juices. The vanilla is my favorite. It tastes like you're drinking a milkshake. They made me feel refreshed and healthy. While I didn't lose any weight, I found them as a good change to my lifestyle. I will be ordering them again regardless if I loss weight or not. Just to flush my system out.
