I have been wanting to do a juicing program for some time but I didn’t want to do all the grocery shopping or juicing by hand. I have also been prone to cramping on juicing plans in the past, but it wasn’t an issue with this juicing plan. Also, having a juice every 2-3 hours worked out great for hunger management.
