“The lower sugar version was great. The five day regiment was refreshing and satisfying, I never felt hungry, and sometimes I even had a hard time finishing the last shake. During family dinners when I craved actually chewing, I ate a few berries or a piece of celery. I lost a couple of pounds, but more importantly, I felt healthy and light throughout. I would recommend this cleanse to those who normally eat well but want a summertime boost.”

It is so important that when you are juicing you check out the nutritional values to make sure that you have a balance of calories, protein and not overloading yourself with sugars from the fruit juices. This Low Sugar option is the perfect balance of the green juices and 2 delicious thicker protein smoothies. I liked all the flavors in this combination. The Vanilla Cashew is so yummy, drink it when its half icy, and it tastes like a delicious creamy vanilla milk shake. 1st time I had it, I had to look at the nutritional label bc I couldn't believe it was so good for only 210 calories and 8grams of protein. If you need more protein while doing this cleanse, I subsidize with egg whites and since I'm doing this cleanse long term every week Mon through Thur, I add a healthy lean salad at night (w/chicken or fish) and drink 5 juices instead of 6. The shipping for me has been super fast (NJ to NY only 1 day delivery) and if I place my order before 1pm they usually have it shipped by that night. Good customer service as well, I called and they answered my questions immediately.”
“I thought the flavor offerings were delicious and satisfying. I’ve been using Raw Generation Juices for a few years and have now gotten the low-sugar options twice. I find this option to be the ideal option for cleansing since a high sugar diet will certainly negate the benefits of a good fast. I lost maybe 3 lbs overall after 3 days - which is mostly water weight but I felt renewed and more energized after. I would add another star had they made the Vanilla or Chocolate drinks low sugar also. I will try new flavors and stick to the low sugar versions moving forward.”
