“Before the cleanse I was extremely bloated and just didn't feel good about myself and what I had been eating. The cleanse was amazing. Most of the flavors were good, except for the one with bell peppers and cilantro in it! I drank all 6 each day. The first day was super easy, I didn't feel hungry at all. The next few days were tougher but not unbearable by any means. The drinks were delicious. After the cleanse I felt so good. I wasn't bloated at all, I lost about 3 pounds (my bf lost 7) and my stomach was smaller (inside stomach). The days after the cleanse I was able to eat less and feel full quicker. I would definitely do this again.”

“I did the 7 Day Skinny Cleanse a few months back. I just completed the 5 day Lower Sugar Cleanse. I found it much easier. The Vanilla Cashew was absolutely delicious. I would drink this on a regular basis! The Cacao Hemp was great as well. I recommend drinking these as the last two of the day as a treat to yourself.”
