Contrary to what many people say, I actually felt quite bloated during this cleanse, not sure the cause, but it went away after I finished the cleanse.
I lost a pound or two during the cleanse and felt like I had more energy. It kickstarted some cleaner eating for me and in the week or two after the cleanse I dropped another few pounds.
