The plastic bottles and insulation in the boxes allow us to get you the products frozen and as fresh as possible. “I did this cleanse before thanksgiving to prevent weight gain. I lost about 3 pounds during/after the cleanse. However, I have to say that the zesty greens and the cocoa hemp were not very good. The zesty greens flavor was a little weird and just not very enjoyable. And the cocoa hemp texture was hard to drink. Also was not very chocolate tasting despite the color. It was my first time doing a cleanse and it wasn't very difficult. But I was definitely happy to eat food again once it was over.”
“If you commit honestly to it, it works great! I lost 10lbs total in the 3 day cleanse.

It’s definitely 50% a mental challenge and the rest is up to your ability to eat nothing but the juice. Thought I did add 10 unsalted cashews in the morning and in the night.
