“I loved this cleanse! I typically workout 2 times a day and was able to maintain my normal workout routine while on this cleanse. I did one whole day of juice only and on the second day I ate a healthy dinner. On the third day I went back to only juice. In total I lost 8lbs in the 3 days, 5 of which were most likely water weight, but unlike normal cleanses I was able to maintain the weight loss. I would definitely do it again.”
