“I was really excited about this cleanse, but it’s a no for me. I had a horrible migraine set in towards the end of the first day, and a thirst that I could not quench no matter how much water I drank... and I drank a lot of it. The only drinks I actually liked were the protein ones, and the vanilla cashew is one I could actually see myself incorporating into my diet as a meal replacement. Two of them (zesty greens and fresh greens) I couldn’t even drink as they were making me gag at every sip (and I’m a GF vegan that eats practically nothing but fresh fruits and veggies on a daily basis so I’m not sure what this was about). The other two were okay but still didn’t exactly go down smooth. I was hungry but it wasn’t intolerable, although after day 1 I began having INSANE cravings for raw cookie dough, which is strange as I don’t ever eat that (or even baked cookies) to begin with. I reeked of celery during my work outs. All that was tolerable (aside from migraine). But the worst part was that it really messed with my digestive system, both during the cleanse (which I wasn’t even able to finish, only made it 2 out of 3 days) and for several days, almost a week, afterward. I had horrible heartburn, stabbing stomach pains, intestinal cramping, nausea and the persistent feeling of needing to throw up along with a persistent taste of stomach bile in my throat. I even woke up several times each night about to hurl. I saw no positive effects and regret trying it, as I felt incredibly unhealthy/sickly and it seems to have really thrown off my gut biome”

“The juices arrived quickly and labeled well. The flavors were easy to drink and the green flavors were low sugar and calorie as advertised. 6 bottles per day was enough to feel full. I would absolutely consider doing this 3 day cleanse again.”
“These ones are definitely less sweet than the original RG products. The first day of this cleanse, I could hardly get through the low-sugar juices, but the second day wasn't as bad. I really like the 2 smoothies that come in this cleanse. And I love that the juices are each 50 calories. It balances out the higher calories in the smoothies.”
“I've tried the Skinny, Protein, and Low Sugar cleanses. The quality of every order is excellent. I always feel great during and after a cleanse and usually lose some weight. The low sugar cleanse was my least favorite since I didn't care for a few of the flavors. They weren't terrible, just not my cup of tea. Upon learning that I wasn't satisfied the company reached out and replaced the juices I didn't like. Great customer service plus tasty, high quality juice means I'll be a customer for a long time to come.”

“I'm giving his 4 stars instead of 5 because there are a couple of the juices that I just did not like. Overall though, I find their juice flavors MUCH better than the other juices I've gotten before from local juice stores, and I would recommend the 3-day cleanse to anyone.
Pros:
- Delivery was great with all of the juices frozen and clearly labeled.
- Most of the juices tasted really good. None with overpowering beet flavors like others use.
- Price is very reasonable given the volume you receive.
- Left over juices can be incorporated into you diet over time if you keep them frozen.
Cons:
- Need to thaw each day's juices at least 48 hours before in the refrigerator.
- One of the flavors was something I couldn't finish because it tasted so bad (Cool Kiwi, it was way too tart with top notes of lime and parsley)
- Knowing which juices I really like, I would've done the build a box instead.
Flavor Review:
- Fresh Greens tastes much better than I expected. I liked this one.
- Herbal Citrus tasted pretty good. I liked the mint tea addition.
- Cool Kiwi tastes like sadness. It's super tart where I expected it to at least taste somewhat like kiwi.
- Zesty Greens tastes pretty good. I could definitely taste the bell pepper, which I like.
- Cacao Hemp is great. TIP: don't smell it before you take a sip/drink. When I didn't let myself inhale the scent it tasted very much like chocolate and coconut.
- Vanilla Cashew is a gift from the juicing Gods! It felt like I was cheating on a diet drinking a cinnamon vanilla shake.”
