“I thought I wasn’t able to finish but I did it! The juices are delicious, I did not like the smoothies. I was able to switch one of the smoothies with one from the protein cleanse (my husband was doing that cleanse). I look forward to doing it again during warmer weather. I struggled with the juices being cold and the weather being cold. At the beginning I was also very bloated but the final result pushes me to wanting to do it again! I now drink a celery lemon and spinach juice every day and feel great. I recommend starting detoxing a little bit before starting the cleanse, as they recommend. I also limit myself more and feel that foods are sweeter than they were before. Thank you raw generation!”
“I really appreciated the fact that this had less sugar. Most Juice Cleanses have too much fruit sugar and citric acid for my tast. Although a "Green" Cleanse the juices were quite tasty and not overly vegatative. I alos liked that it had more protien than most options. As I continue to train during my cleanses I was happy to have the protein available. I only ended up drinking 4 juices a day, so the five day cleanse turned into a full week, and I still have some int he freezer”
