My first order was fine and I love the juices, my 2nd order came already thawed and and my third order got stuck at the “label created” stage for 2 weeks. Never received a reply to my several emails sent and when I called she rushed me off the phone. Sadly I introduced this to my group and we were doing this together, they all got their juice except the host (me).”
