“I was curious about juice cleanses having read/heard many mixed reviews. I’m almost 50 and am conscientious about my diet and exercise. Even with that, I was feeling a bit off and decided to try a cleanse. I decided on Raw Generation because of the protein option - maintaining my activity level during the cleanse was important. I also liked that the plan didn’t “require” the juices/smoothies to be consumed in a specific order. I like variety so being able to mix it up a little each day helped mentally. After three days, I felt like I achieved the reset I was in need of. I felt less bloated and my energy level and mood were improved. The scale indicated I lost 4 pounds but weight loss wasn’t my purpose and strongly suspect that is not a lasting effect. The other thing I really loved and was a bit surprised by was how tasty the juices and smoothies were. The only I didn’t care for was the amount of sugar I was consuming each day. I recognize it’s natural but a lower sugar protein cleanse option would be AWESOME! I would definitely do this cleanse again and may even try the 5-day plan.”
