“I am just a hungry person and work weird hours so I was often hungry with the cleanse (I work 7pm-5am overnights). The Cacao one was not very good, and I would add a pinch of my own powdered PB to the other one. The juices were very good.”

However, I find that these are great tasting and easy to stick to for so many days. I only drink 5 a day so I can extend my cleanse and get the best results possible, and never feel hungry or overly tired - all while still getting my workouts in. “I've tried other juice cleanses and like this one the best. I usually do a 3-day cleanse or a cleanse once a week for three weeks. I still weight train during the cleanse and the protein helps sustain me while working out and throughout the day. My favorites are the Citrus Carrot (perfect to get energized in the morning) and the vanilla cashew (tastes just like a milkshake!)”
