“It was more filling than what I thought it would be. I was still able to take my vitamins with it which was nice. I didn't realize that there was a peanut based protein, which I am allergic to, so I had 5 juices i couldn't drink. That was my fault for not looking at all of the drinks included. I didn't notice too much of a change at the end of the cleanse. No weight change. It did help to shrink my stomach a bit to improve portions again.”
