I was not hungry at all for the 3 days I used the product. If I got a little hungry or felt I needed something to crunch on I ate a few unsalted nuts. At the end of the 3 days I lost 4 pounds and it has stayed off. It was a great way to kick start eating right.

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! The protein smoothies are surprisingly delicious. No after taste like you get with those others store bought smoothies. Another must try!!! I’ve done the 7 day skinny cleanse lost 6 lbs. Now I’m doing the protein cleanse. Im really liking RAW and their products.

I’m 39, 5’11” 185 and very active, work out every day lifting weights, weighted cardio and running. I ordered the 5 day protein cleanse and it’s just not enough to sustain an active lifestyle. I ate clean before this with lean meats, grains and veggies supplemented with whey protein. Saw this and figured I’d give it a try while my wife is doing a separate diet and I’m not cooking for 2. The shakes taste pretty good but they don’t offer enough nutrition I was feeling run down, tired and sluggish by day 3 and my workouts suffered greatly. I imagine this is okay for those with a sedentary lifestyle or starting out with their fitness journey but I wouldn’t recommend it at all to anyone who is very active.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! Of course, everyone is different in the way their body responds to the cleanse and their caloric needs. I would recommend in the future "listening to your body" and supplementing with a salad comprised of leafy greens + vegetables + hemp seeds with extra virgin oil and vinegar, snacking on fresh fruit, and making sure to drink lots of water. If you feel the cleanse alone is not sustaining you, you can always have raw nuts, avocado, and of course any raw fruits and veggies you want to stay compliant to the cleanse and help boost the calories to sustain your heavy workouts.

The flavors are kinda difficult to get through, especially the “dessert” ones. I stopped drinking those and only drank the vegetables. But it was overall good! Delivery came fast, I’ve lost 8lbs. And feeling great! I ate lightly steamed zucchini and cauliflower rice with it
