The vanilla cashew, cacao hemp, & peanut butter were very good. The others were ok, but I had to eat them partially frozen to get them down due to nausea. We normally eat vegan or vegetarian with occasional eggs & cheese & consume lots of fruits & vegetables.”
Hi there! We apologize if the protein cleanse was not sustainable enough to endure your usual workouts. Please remember you can always supplement and add additional proteins to your cleanse like raw nuts and egg whites to help get you through the more strenuous workouts. :)
“All the flavors tasted great! Did find myself feeling hungry sometimes, but I just tried to not drink the whole 12oz right after I opened it which helped. Took time to really enjoy the flavors and allowed them to make me feel satisfied. I also wrote times on top of the bottles to help me keep track of when I should drink another, helped on my more busy days. I got the cleanse with protein and realized on day two that they all had different protein values so I made sure that for breakfast, lunch and dinner time I was drinking a cleanse that had more protein versus the others. That helped curve some feeling of hunger.”
