“So we purchased a 5 day program which is about 1500 calories per day. Did not feel hungry. We loved every drink. I lost about 5 pounds. Not sure about my wife weight loss. Next going to do their 5 day low sugar cleanse which has half the calories. My goal is to loose another 8 pounds. Will be back with the results on that one.”
