While the smoothies were easier than the juices for me because of my crazy schedule and not remembering to dethaw the jucies in time, i did not lose a single pound on the instant smoothies and actually felt more bloated than anything. I truly likes the taste, but just did not do any detoxing like with the juices that raw generation has.
The juices reset me, weight, mind and headaches, these smoothie detox cleanse did not help me at all.”
