“I have been drinking the celery juice for three days on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I’m feeling a lot better more energy and I’m making it until noon without eating anything. This is helping me try the “liquids till lunch” approach I recently read about. Overall I am feeling healthier.”
“Normally I make my own celery juice and I can get it down, this was a little rough. I think it needs a little cake maybe some more lemon juice maybe ginger or lime but this when I had to chug to get down. Also keep in mind celery it’s a natural laxative so best to make sure to drink this at home and first thing in the morning.”
