“I tried Raw Generation for the first time and ordered a build a box. However I did not receive my entire order. I got in contact with customer service and they asked for my shipping label. I sent them the picture and they did nothing.”
Vanessa, I did answer you promptly, and ask you what you were missing and to send any photos of the stickers on the box so we could set up a replacement, we did not get another answer from you.
