“This is a delicious smoothie! The taste is great and it is one of my favorites out of all of the smoothies offered at Raw Generation. The only concern that I have is the amount of sugar in the smoothie. The sugars are natural, but in the Vanilla Cashew smoothie there are 11 grams of sugar. Being a diabetic, this causes a spike in my blood sugar, but exercise tends to help bring the spike down. When the smoothies arrived, the packaging was great. The box was very insulated and I love the fact that there were six individual "cold pack" bottles to keep the smoothies nice and cold.”
