“My husband and I have done the 5-day Skinny Cleanse for the past 3 years. Truthfully, it's a lot easier than you think it would be --- we typically have always had extra juices each day that we decided not to have (which is nice, as you can do a 1-day cleanse later on from what's leftover). The juices truly are good (the only one I didn't like is the beet one, but I really dislike beets - so that's expected).
Our only negative is that we wish the cleanse was "harder". Or ... if not this cleanse, if Raw Generation offered a "stronger" cleanse. I've truly felt great from this and recommend!
