“My purpose of buying the 10 day was not to do a full on 10 day cleanse as I knew that would be too difficult. I purchased the 60 pack as more cost effective. I thought I would break up cleanses over few weeks period. I did a full 4 day cleanse and only ate raw veggies on day 2 and 3 and baked potato on day 4. I lost 5 pounds after the 4 day. After the 4 day, I have been having the juices for breakfast and lunch and then normal dinner and am down another 2 pounds. I definitely feel less bloated and healthier. The juices were tastier than another brand of juice cleanse I tried before. I was not a fan of the Citrus Carrot as I thought too sweet. I am going to try the lower sugar cleanses next and another 3 day cleanse. It definitely changed my eating habits and am eating more veggies and fruits. Overall a positive experience!”
