“Good for maintaining a good eating schedule/routine. Did not love several of the meal replacement smoothies in the stay skinny method though they were not nearly as bad as the protein drinks in the low sugar cleanse (I was a big fan of the chocolate cashew). One of the sweet greens juices in the stay skinny method seemed to give me horrible griping stomach pain and nausea that I worried was related to recent cucumber recalls. It became tolerable after taking some activated charcoal but lasted for about 24 hours. I am not sure if that had anything to do with the juices arriving pretty defrosted, but I was told that as long as there was ice, I was in the clear so I doubt that was the problem. The other juices did not give me that issue so I don't know what happened. Additionally I found that the link I was emailed for the stay skinny method deactivated after about a week which was a little strange considering it was key to continuing to follow the guidelines after finishing the cleanse.”
