“The Star Skinny Method is an excellent follow-up to the Skinny Cleanse. It helps you introduce food back into your diet after doing several days of just juices. I was surprised at the nutrition metrics of the smoothies, as I was used to doing the juices, which were very low calorie. The smoothies are high in calories, and I will admit that scared me a little bit. I am used to doing protein shakes that are at least 10 grams of protein per 100 calories, and these are nothing like that, so I was afraid to gain weight back. But, to my surprise, I kept the weight I lost during the cleanse off. I ate a sensible dinner of grilled chicken every night and snacked on low-calorie, low-fat items with low carbs when hungry. After my next skinny cleanse, I plan on using my protein shakes instead of this Stay Skinny Method, but I still recommend it.”
