“I’ve done this cleanse twice before and had no issues. However this last time I ordered the one with the “skinny shots” and was very sick the entire time I was doing the cleanse. I’m not sure if I was sent a bad batch, but it was so awful I don’t think I will order from here again.”

The Stay Skinny Method is not designed to be a cleanse, but a program to use after cleansing in combination with an eating regimen. This could be the reason you did not feel the best if you were using this particular product as a cleanse and only drinking the bottles the way a cleanse is done.
