“It looked well made, but can’t say how well it works. I ended up returning the one I received from First Degree Fitness (FDF), bc the one they shipped me was obviously not brand new. I just didn’t trust that a returned one would work as it should. Plus, it came with no literature or instructions of any kind in its box. Also, it was placed inside its original box with no packing material at all to protect it during shipping. FDF’s distributor/rep for the USA offered no explanation or apology. This purchase experience with such disinterested customer service has made me very wary about buying anything high-tech from FDF.”
