“I just wanted to provide some feedback on the service provider you set us up with to assemble the new bike. I would recommend never working with him again. I was beyond disappointed with his professionalism and demeanor. First of all, he was supposed to come on Monday 12/28 at 10:30am. After getting the payment issue sorted out, he said he'd be here by 11am. I waited around until 1:30pm with no word from him after I text a few times. I finally called him at 1:30 and he said he couldn't make it that day after all because he was stuck at another job. We then arranged for him to come at 10:30am the following day. He arrived at 9:45, with no heads up that he was going to be 45 minutes early. He then proceeded to set up the bike, but didn't bring any of his own tools and had to borrow 2-3 tools from my husband. He also had never set up a bike like this before.
Once he was done, he said he only accepted cash, not check, even though you and I confirmed that check would be acceptable. His assembly was also not great. The right pedal came unscrewed and fell off the bike after only using it twice and my husband had to put it on properly. I honestly can't believe we had to pay $100 for someone like that to come into our home (reeking of stale cigarette smoke, btw) and not even assemble the bike correctly. My husband and I would have assembled it ourselves had we known that was the type of person that would be doing the work.
So if anyone else in this area ever purchases a bike from you, please do not use that person again, for your reputation's sake and their sake! Please let me know if there is anything else you can do to compensate for this. On a bright note, we are loving the bike and so glad we made the investment!”

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Hayes actually brought up your order in our team meeting today and we will no longer be using that technician in the Nebraska area. Once again, we are SO sorry about this and will not let it happen again.
