We do apologise that you were sent the incorrect size shoes, however as we have explained to you, it clearly states in our terms and conditions, which you agree to when you place an order, that we can only accept products back in the state they were purchased in.
The fact that we mistakenly sent the incorrect size does not void this agreement, If this error had been brought to our attention before the shoes were worn, we could have immediately resolved the issue for you.
I understand that you did not realise the shoes were the wrong size until you had been wearing them over the course of a few weeks, but by wearing the shoes outdoors you are deemed to have accepted the order.
Our offer still stands for the 20% off your next order as we do understand your frustration, unfortunately, this is all we can offer you as we must follow our company policy.
