“We purchased a Regency Ci2700 from Westchester Fireplace & BBQ in Elmsford, NY and Richard Mercaldi was an absolute dream to work with! He is so professional and he knows what he is talking about and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and more importantly, what we needed. I am so pleased with my experience. The Wood Insert is top notch! I will sometimes need to turn the fan down or even off because my house is too hot....this is our only source of heat for a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,000 sq ft house (granted we do turn on the Central Air Fan to circulate the heat around and it does work....but our heat bill has never been cheaper...a few of our neighbors have since purchased a Regency insert as well... There is a small issue with the door that I will call Regency about, it is sagging a bit. I will see what they say. I am sure something needs to be tightened, but we will see what they say.”

“The unit is simple to operate, clean and relatively quiet. I like the digital temp display and the sleek style. I will say that the estimate of 12 hour burn times are embellished in my opinion. I think the max burn time for me has been 6 hrs. The unit will raise the temp of my 1st floor 10 degrees easily even on the coldest days with high temperatures in the teens. We will see how reliable and durable the unit it over time.”
