“Love the stove and how warm it keeps the house. The style is great and is a great addition to our lower level. Although on the lower level, it keeps the entire house warm. Only one issue, we have to contact the installer when cleaning out the stove (it was cold) there were ashes on the top which were wiped with a dry cloth and it left a make. I would like to know how it can be fixed/buffed out. Otherwise it is awesome.”
