“Having burned wood for decades, had all kind of stoves, domestic and European. Can honestly say not only did I pay most for the 2450, but it seems to perform constantly once I figured out how to manage all the usual barriers to good wood heat burning production. Unfortunately, your service/customer "assistance", when I tried to get help, consisted of the usual annoying unhelpful recording run arounds businesses use rather than paying a real human tech person, and I never did get help. Your various online audio/vid was some help, but mostly advertisement based. My local dealer Fisher stoves, Roseburg OR. representing your product is mostly a crook and well know as that to this community of 22 thousand. We are forced to drive 90miles North to Eugene Oregon for any thing related to wood burning stoves or equip. Like todays' big companies, I'm certain you are not going to address these concerns, but at least you know about your local dealer that represents you is a pirate. ONE EXAMPLE of many: When I was first shopping, they acted like adding the fan was a big favor on their part. I discovered later that it usually came with the rig or was part of the total unit cost. Also, many inaccurate $ overcharges designed to snag the unwary. Bottom line, very good functional product, your "real-person" tech/information "support" sucks, local dealer is a bloody crook! I am looking at the pellet burner now but holding off as the drive to Eugene OR is problematic and there are installer issues due to distance. Our local True Value store provides good products and better trustworthy service. It's difficult to live rural and be old!”

“Amazing wood stove. The heat that pumps out of it is unreal. The window is always clean. And it burns clean. No big chunks of coal. Complete ash. We actually burn less wood with this stove . A wonderful investment for my family. Very happy costumer here.”
