“Our new fireplace insert works very well using much less firewood than our old unit, burns beautiful a and with the fans produces a nice even heat throughout our upstairs living space. It also looks beautiful! We are very satisfied with this unit.”

“The stove looks beautiful, but I cannot use it. The dealer got the stove mostly installed when we discovered that the door was damaged, out of the box, so the install stopped. The dealer said he would get a new door and fix the problem. That was over a month ago. The dealer ignores most of my phone calls, emails, and text messages. I have also talked to Regency Customer Care a couple times in email, who said they would get the area manager involved. Haven't heard from any area manager! Haven't heard from Customer Care in over two weeks! Haven't heard from the dealer in over two weeks! So here I sit with an unusable stove, several boxes of parts around the room, and no one will talk to me and tell me what is going on. Very poor customer service!”
