“Awesome - yes it looks very smart against our light coloured brick . The new control is easy to use. Heating and fan control is a lot easier. Thankyou for a great fireplace insert and the installation work was top notch.”

“I like it mostly, but the pilot light does seem to turn off on its own if I have not used fireplace in a while. this may be a safety feature? It also makes clicking noises sometimes when on and I don't like that alot, because it worries me that it could get worse the older the unit gets. I wish I had more troubleshooting ideas. I really love having the unit overall because it is truly a comfort and beautiful.”

“Sleek design. Easily controlled with the remote. I would prefer to have my original fire place but that wasn't an option after a gas leak was discovered. This is a good second choice.”
