“This fireplace has not operated properly since its install over a year ago! The first remote control transmitter ceased to work within a couple of months. A new one was ordered, but was on backorder (wonder why?!). Finally received, THIS ONE operates the fireplace in the morning only! Will NOT shut the fireplace down, or change fan speed, etc. Batteries are name-brand and fresh. No issue there. Have watched videos etc. No luck.”
