They walked me through the construction of the bed so that I would be confident for when (if) I had to move and dismantle the Magic bed. They also were very thoughtful for removing their shoes and respecting the cleanliness of my home. They also provided great information for the care of the mattress including dos and don'ts for cleaning. Superb 5 star service!”
