“Delivery of our Obasan mattress was handled by the Resthouse delivery team. They were on time, the communication was great, and they were friendly and respectful in our home. When they arrived they checked out what we had for our existing mattress/bedframe situation (slat frame) and noticed that there weren't enough slats to support the mattress. They were able to give me the information I needed to add more slats to my bedframe to support the mattress properly. I appreciated their knowledge of their products, which saved me a bunch of headaches. I was able to made the necessary adjustments and use my new mattress that night.”
