“I like a pretty flat firm pillow and have a really hard time finding them. After some discussion with Chris he suggested the shredded latex and to also get a replacement cover for the leftover latex I’d be removing. So glad he suggested that as I took out so much I ended up with two pillows. I think this might be the best pillow I’ve ever used.”

“Unfortunately this pillow did not work at all for me. It was way too overstuffed and I kept removing more & more latex but still found it lumpy & heavy. My error is that I purchased this online and did not contact Resthouse directly (from other reviews it really does look like they have excellent service). Possibly if I'd had the conversation first I could have found something that actually worked for me!”
